- <p>This publication demonstrates that failures observed across healthcare, identity systems, computation, infrastructure, and institutional systems follow a single underlying structure: continuation of system execution without recoverability being established in time under real conditions.</p> <p>Building on RCS-CL-001 (Core Invariant and Closure Theorem), RCS-MF-001 (Recoverability-Bounded Systems: Formal Structure, Geometry, and Dynamics), RCS-CS-001 (Time-Bounded Computation and Admissible Execution Under Irreversibility Constraints), RCS-LG-001 (Recoverability-Constrained Execution: Legal and Institutional Admissibility Framework), RCS-HC-001 (Recoverability Failure in Healthcare Systems), and RCS-ID-001 (Irreversibility in Identity and Access Systems), it establishes that domain-specific failures are not independent phenomena but instances of a unified failure pattern governed by the recoverability constraint.</p> <p>The document defines a cross-domain collapse sequence and shows that delayed diagnosis, late computation, access restriction, legal delay, and infrastructure degradation are structurally equivalent when the recoverability window is exceeded. It further demonstrates that late correction, explanation, or compensation does not restore admissibility once irreversible transition has occurred.</p> <p>No new admissibility conditions are introduced. This work provides a cross-domain synthesis of the Recoverability-Constrained Systems framework.</p>
