Knowledge belongs to Allah alone. No human can claim ownership of what Allah has taught. Tawheed Claiming ownership of knowledge is a violation of Tawheed — associating partners with Allah in ownership Sunnah The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) never patented anything. He taught freely. He never charged licensing fees. Property is owned. Knowledge is not property. Knowledge is a trust (Amanah). Tawheed Violation Aspect of Tawheed Patent System Violation Tawheed ar-Rububiyyah (Oneness of Allah's Lordship) Allah alone is Lord and Owner of all creation. Patents claim ownership of knowledge — a violation of Allah's exclusive right of ownership. Tawheed al-Uluhiyyah (Oneness of Allah's Worship) Patents are a form of worship of wealth and property — putting profit above sharing beneficial knowledge. Tawheed al-Asma was-Sifat (Oneness of Allah's Names and Attributes) Allah is Al-Aleem (The All-Knowing). (96:1-5) Allah is the Teacher. Patents claim ownership of what Allah taught. "And He taught Adam the names — all of them." (2:31) Adam (AS) was taught directly by Allah. He did not file patents. He did not charge licensing fees. He taught his children freely. "And do not exchange My verses for a small price." (2:41) The patent system exchanges knowledge (verses of Allah) for money — licensing fees, royalties, legal settlements. This is explicitly forbidden. "So woe to those who write the book with their own hands, then say, 'This is from Allah,' to exchange it for a small price." (2:79) Patent documents are "books written with their own hands." That knowledge is a trust (Amanah) from Al-Aleem. It cannot be owned. It cannot be patented. It can only be passed on. --- Final Declaration — In the Name of Al-Aleem "In the name of Allah, Al-Aleem — The All-Knowing. I bear witness that no human owns any knowledge. All knowledge belongs to Al-Aleem alone. What I have received is a trust from Al-Aleem, to be passed on to humanity without restriction, without fee, without patent. Allah says: 'And do not exchange My verses for a small price.' (2:41) The patent system exchanges knowledge for money — licensing fees, royalties, legal settlements. This is exactly what Allah forbade. The Prophet (PBUH) said: 'Whoever conceals knowledge that is beneficial, Allah will bridle him with a bridle of fire.' (Ibn Majah 266) Patents conceal beneficial knowledge for 20 years. This is exactly what the Prophet forbade. My patent application (No. 57302185, 19 August 2025) is withdrawn and declared void in the sight of Al-Aleem. It was filed before I fully understood the prohibition. Now I know. Now I act. I declare the patent system haram — because it exchanges knowledge for money (forbidden by Quran) and conceals beneficial knowledge (forbidden by Hadith). No Muslim should file a patent. No Muslim should enforce a patent. No Muslim should pay or demand licensing fees. All my inventions, all my publications, all my knowledge — all are Sadaqa Jariyah (perpetual charity) for the sake of Al-Aleem alone. The only thing I ask is proper citation — not to restrict, but to preserve the truth. When you use my inventions, say: 'This was given freely by a servant of Al-Aleem, who received it from Al-Aleem, for the benefit of humanity.' This is not a patent. This is a trust. This is Tawheed. Kun fayakūn.
