- <p>This document constitutes the fourth part of the Odra 1305 AI Working Paper series. Part IV introduces the concept of automatic implementation (self-implementation) — a model of system development in which programming work is replaced by collaboration with external large language models (LLMs). The Odra AI system learns new capabilities by acquiring script recipes from external LLMs, validating them in a local sandbox environment, and storing accepted scripts in a growing local library.<br>The document describes the system's initial architecture (zero state), a four-phase bootstrapping strategy, a voice interface mechanism with a feminine voice timbre, the logic for switching between external LLM models, a manual gatekeeping mechanism, and the full self-implementation cycle. Implementation schedules, security requirements, and privacy principles are also presented.</p>
