The complete mathematical formalism and core concepts were permanently archived in the first Zenodo release on April 10, 2026 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19489908). This paper is an independent derivative application of the HCSOT framework to the dark-matter-deficient galaxy (DMDG) problem. The theoretical core remains fully consistent with the first release.
