- <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal">The matter-antimatter annihilation that followed the CP-violating asymmetry (f(ItoE)) converted nearly all primordial mass-energy into photons. This paper proposes that the resulting photon field is not residual radiation within spacetime but a structurally motivated identification of P-baseline — the participation ground state of the current epoch — with the annihilation photon field.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">The fabric is the medium in which C-coherent structures exist, P-register interactions propagate, and R-constraint shapes geometry — not a separate background entity but the single ground whose three modes constitute what exists. Mass occupies the fabric, concentrating energy at a location. The C–R interface (gravity) registers that occupation as curvature — not through any mechanism within the fabric, but through R-constraint tracking C-distributions as established in prior work. Radiation excites the fabric without occupying it, contributing to global geometry without producing local curvature. The cosmological constant Λ is the curvature floor — the minimum R-curvature the fabric must maintain to remain operationally non-null under ItoE. These three gravitational behaviours — occupation, excitation, and floor — correspond to the three equations of state that general relativity already distinguishes (matter, radiation, and vacuum energy), and map onto the three TEF registers (C, P, and R respectively).</p> <p class="MsoNormal">The speed of light is reinterpreted not as the velocity of a particle traversing a void but as the propagation rate of energy transfer through this fabric, with c set by R₍Whole₎ constraint (Lorentz invariance). Wave-particle duality is structurally reframed: between boundaries, light is a disturbance of the fabric; at boundaries, it registers as discrete quanta because P-actualisation at boundaries is always discrete. In the double-slit experiment, what hits the screen is not a photon that travelled from the source — it is energy carried by the fabric, registering as a discrete event upon arrival.</p> <p><span>The framework distinguishes itself from luminiferous aether theories by identifying the fabric as P-register participation (no rest frame, no mechanical properties, no C-coherent substance) constrained by R-register structure (Lorentz invariance as R₍Whole₎). Falsification conditions are stated. Elements that extend beyond established TEF architecture are flagged as conjectural.</span></p>
