contents Background Implant stability in the anterior maxillary region is essential for functional and aesthetic success, especially with immediate loading. However, comparative evidence using patient-reported outcomes and statistical modeling remains limited. Objective To evaluate the impact of immediate versus delayed loading on implant stability and assess the influence of bone quality, implant material, and patient health. Materials and Methods This quasi-experimental, survey-based study included 100 patients receiving either immediate loading (within 48 hours) or delayed loading (after several months). Participants self-reported implant stability and related variables. Descriptive statistics summarized the data, while Pearson correlation and linear regression analyses examined relationships. Results No statistically significant associations were found (p > 0.05). However, strong positive correlations were observed between implant material and stability (r = 0.771) and between bone quality and stability (r = 0.650). The loading protocol explained only 2.3% of the variance in perceived stability (R² = 0.023, p = 0.136). Conclusion Implant material, bone quality, and patient health appear more influential on perceived stability than loading protocol. Immediate loading may be a viable option under favorable conditions. These findings support patient-centered treatment planning and flexibility in implant loading strategies.
