- <p><br>This paper serves as the formal academic right confirmation and strategic cooperation invitation issued by independent Chinese scholar Changwu, based on nearly forty years of original research. It systematically presents the core breakthroughs and strategic value of four major original academic systems: the Dao Meta-Theory, the Human Civilization Scientific System, the CDGM Causal Dynamical Geometry Theory, and the Science of Composite System Models. The paper also reviews the earlier stage in which CDGM cooperative research letters were sent to sixteen domestic universities and research institutes. On this basis, the paper incorporates the full text of a new, formal strategic cooperation invitation letter—grounded in the confirmed original achievements—into the paper system, completing the triple legal endorsement of scholarly identity, original research achievements, and strategic cooperation invitation in accordance with international academic norms. It extends an equal, standardized, and high-value invitation for in-depth cooperation to national decision-making institutions, high-end think tanks, top universities, and insightful personages at home and abroad. From the perspective of national knowledge sovereignty and civilizational security, it also clarifies the protection criteria for original achievements.</p>
