-
This paper examines the "Accidental Adversaries" archetype using the example of a manufacturing company that introduces reporting for production employees. Three scenarios with different change in reporting (10%, 6%, and 0%) are considered.
It is shown that any reporting that diverts employees from their core activities leads to a drop in productivity, production stoppage, and profit collapse. The only sustainable scenario is zero reporting. The key finding is that control for the sake of control destroys production, while formal indicators (capacity) may remain high even with zero productivity.
