-
This work extends the Emergent Condensate Superfluid Medium (ECSM) framework to include dynamical excitation behaviour. Using a unified finite-response transport equation, we demonstrate that localized bound states, discrete energy spectra, and occupancy constraints arise naturally from medium dynamics.

An effective finite-range response potential produces confined excitation modes without invoking a fundamental Coulomb interaction. Solving the corresponding eigenvalue problem yields a discrete spectrum including negative-energy bound states and a sequence of confined modes.

A nonlinear response-induced occupancy cost produces an effective exclusion-like constraint, leading to structured filling behaviour and emergent shell-like organisation.

These results provide a minimal dynamical route to atomic-like structure within ECSM, connecting cosmological propagation physics and matter-like organisation through a single finite-response framework.
