  • <p class="Abstract"><span><span>           </span>The aim of the research was to show a contributor to the implementation of transformation in university education programs in Libyan universities to achieve social development. The descriptive analytical model was used, and the research community was represented by faculty members in a specialized department in the universities of (Al-Zawiya and Sabratha) until their number at the time of preparing the questionnaire was (45) faculty members, and the questionnaire was participated by all members of the community. The research reached several results, the most important of which is that the application of digital transformation affects accounting education programs in Libyan universities to achieve sustainable development, Accordingly, the study recommended the need to develop current accounting education curricula in the faculties of economics at Libyan universities by adding new, updated courses that keep pace with the era of technology and digital transformation.</span></p>
