contents <p><strong>SmartBuild</strong> is a web-based smart construction management platform with AI-powered cost estimation. The system integrates users, constructors, workers, engineers, and material suppliers into a single platform to simplify construction management activities such as project requests, worker assignment, material purchasing, progress tracking, and complaint handling.</p> <p>A key feature of the project is its machine learning-based cost estimation module, which predicts construction cost, material requirements, and project duration using historical construction data and regression algorithms. Users provide inputs such as house size, location, number of floors, and material type, and the system generates estimated results to support better planning and decision-making.</p> <p>The project is developed using Django, SQLite/MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Scikit-learn, and Groq-powered Meta Llama 3.1, following Django’s MVT architecture for scalable and efficient system design.</p>
