- <p>Cross-sectional observational study conducted within the Val.Pe.ROC project to evaluate financial toxicity among cancer patients enrolled in the Campania Oncology Network (ROC) using the validated PROFFIT questionnaire. Data collected through telephone interviews were integrated with socio-demographic and clinical information, as well as indicators of patient satisfaction with the multidisciplinary care pathway, in order to assess the economic impact of cancer and analyze its association with patient characteristics and perceived quality of care.</p>
