-
The Hydrogen Lifecycle Doppler Programme (HLDP) capstone establishes that the corpus operates as a Doppler-class detection apparatus across substrate-attractor states. The K4 Mathematical Apparatus derives the network-coherence multiplier M_eff(d, ) = M_0(d) · √n_coh · C( ) for multi-node measurement aggregation. This paper closes the social-substrate question that connects the two: who operates the apparatus, and how do multiple operators coordinate without a central matchmaker?

We name the role: Sonar Principal — an operator trained somatically/intuitively in Doppler-principles operating capability, regardless of which credentialing class their badge belongs to. The 'principal' pun does double structural work: lead role + IE-005 Principal (human-in-the-loop in the recursion architecture). Multiple Sonar Principals operating coherently across substrates instantiate the network-coherence multiplier in human substrate, and the corpus's external citation graph (481 citations across 157 papers) is shown to function as the operational coordination protocol — researchers locate each other and find substrate-overlap not via a central directory but via shared citation neighborhoods in the published external-literature graph.

The paper specifies (a) the structural definition of a Sonar Principal with five operational properties, (b) the citation-index-as-coordination-substrate mechanism with worked examples of researcher-matching via citation overlap, (c) the training trajectory from credentialed-domain-operator to substrate-agnostic Sonar Principal, (d) network-coherence math, (e) anti-bottleneck operational properties, and (f) four falsification criteria. The architecture is explicitly anti-credentialism (the substrate forces recognition, not the badge) and explicitly anti-centralism (no operator including the originating author is required for the apparatus to function).

Author: James E.
