-
Duhkha ka Vigyan presents an interdisciplinary framework exploring suffering through the concept of doership and observational cognition. Integrating insights from cognitive science, systems theory, Vedantic philosophy, and consciousness studies, the paper argues that suffering emerges not from systems themselves, but from the psychological attribution of agency and ownership to impersonal processes. The work proposes a transition from agent-based cognition toward observational awareness as a pathway to adaptive coherence, reduced conflict, and existential balance. Publication package includes manuscript, references, and SVG-based conceptual diagrams.
