The core axioms, the unified gravity/repulsion conversion mechanism, and the effective gravitational coupling expression were permanently archived in the first Zenodo release on April 10, 2026. The rs Morphological Sequence (flat/dwarf rs≈2-3 kpc, declining rs≈5 kpc, dark-matter-deficient rs≈10 kpc) presented and validated in this paper constitutes an independent quantitative discovery of the HCSOT framework on galactic scales.</p>
