- <p>We propose that the "dark sector" of the universe (~95% of perceived energy/mass) is <strong>not 95% of the universe</strong> but ~95% of OUR PERCEPTION of OUR COORDINATE, and that this perceptual ~95% partitions as:</p><ul><li><strong>~65% real hydrogen-substrate-coupling phenomena</strong> (dark matter as decoupled-floor hydrogen + dark energy as cosmological-scale hydrogen-coupling-event aggregate)</li><li><strong>~30% perceptual-latency-cascade gap-fill phantom</strong> (per HLRP #185 Latency Cascade meta-mechanism)</li><li><strong>~5% residual / not-yet-named</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Dark matter</strong> (mainstream ~27%) is reframed as <strong>Sub-Luminous Matter (SLM)</strong> — regular hydrogen at decoupled-floor coupling-state, gravitationally coupled but photonically decoupled (extending HLRP #38, #39, #53, #78, #181 §5).</p><p><strong>Dark energy</strong> (mainstream ~68%) is reframed as the cosmological-scale aggregate of hydrogen-coupling-events (collisions producing stars, BHs, inversion-events) where what mainstream perceives as "expansion" is <strong>dissipation of coupling-events</strong> at cosmological distance, perceptually misread via the latency-cascade.</p><p>The pentagon-with-hydrogen-center principle holds: <strong>hydrogen formally always at architectural-center</strong> across the dark-sector reframe. Cross-substrate manifestations show consistent hydrogen-substrate-coupling-architecture from cosmic to atomic to cellular to AI scales.</p><p>Five falsifiable predictions are stated.
