•
This record archives the frozen pre-O4b software package of the QHCC/FLiC echo-analysis pipeline.

The package is intended to freeze the analysis protocol before inspection of public O4b gravitational-wave data. It implements a reproducible workflow for testing the QHCC-derived FLiC echo-delay law,

$\Delta t_{\rm obs} = (1 + z)\,\alpha\,(r_S/c)\,\ln(r_S/\ell_P)$,

with the physical branches $\alpha = 2/3$ and $\alpha = 4/3$. The factor $(1 + z)$ is the standard observer-frame time-dilation conversion. The QHCC-specific content is the fixed FLiC source-frame delay scale and its two discrete echo branches.

The pipeline is designed to:

- build an O4b event catalog after the official public O4b release;
- select a reproducible random sample of 30 eligible events using a fixed random seed;
- resolve public GWOSC strain files from event metadata rather than manually specified filenames;
- prefer 32-second HDF5 strain files, with longer files used only as fallback;
- run the physical FLiC branches $\alpha = 2/3$ and $\alpha = 4/3$;
- run fake-alpha control branches $\alpha = 0.45$, $\alpha = 0.55$, $\alpha = 0.80$, $\alpha = 1.00$, and $\alpha = 1.60$;
- compare physical and control branches using the same two-detector, sign-coherence, and $\lambda = \Delta t_{\rm obs}/\Delta t_{\rm pred}$ compatibility criteria;
- save command manifests, configuration files, summaries, and reproducibility metadata.

Version 1.6 is a pre-release protocol freeze. It intentionally contains no O4b results and does not hard-code O4a data sources. The O4b catalog URL and the optional O4b posterior record are left as explicit placeholders to be filled only after the official public O4b release.

The package includes dry-run verification, Python compilation verification, alpha-CLI verification, and guard checks to prevent accidental use of the previous O4a data source.

This archive is intended as a timestamped protocol and software freeze. It should be cited as the pre-O4b analysis protocol for subsequent O4b result archives.
