contents <p>Based on the PFUS/PFUSR unified theoretical system, this paper develops an international standard academic analysis paper, which fully matches the American Common Core and Cambridge IGCSE/A-Level global secondary physics teaching system. Targeting common deficiencies in global basic physics education, including superficial concept definition, vague physical essence, fragmented mechanical laws and emphasis on formula application rather than internal mechanism, this paper adopts a unified framework: traditional mainstream theory, essential physical interpretation based on PFUS/PFUSR, and standardized problem-solving application. Combined with the eleven-dimensional coaxial double-cone structure, coupling plane constraint mechanism and phase motion principle, it systematically interprets mechanical motion, force and inertia, pressure fluid mechanics, acceleration and mechanical energy. The paper makes up for the essential cognitive gaps in classical physics for hundreds of years, standardizes physical thinking and problem-solving steps, and sufficiently validates the powerful unity and universality of the PFUS/PFUSR model. It provides innovative systematic support for the reform of global basic physics education, and is applicable to international academic right confirmation, open-source platform filing and overseas academic publication.</p>
