- <p>We show that the complete Standard Model of particle physics, together with general relativity and cosmology, emerges from two mathematical constants -- pi and phi=(1+sqrt(5))/2 -- and the requirement that a binary oscillating field's domain boundary be self-dual in four-dimensional internal field space. The vacuum is identified as a crystal whose unit cell is the 24-cell, the unique self-dual regular polytope in four dimensions. Its 72 Wilson loops -- the proper 4-cycles of the nearest-neighbour graph -- define an unsigned edge-loop incidence matrix B whose Wilson loop correlation matrix Q = B'B - 4I has spectrum {+8(x3), +4(x12), 0(x27), -2(x24), -4(x6)}. Every coupling constant and mixing angle of the Standard Model is a spectral invariant of Q.</p> <p>In particular: (i) the fine structure constant alpha^{-1} = 137.036082 is derived from Tr(Q^4) via the Wyler formula with error less than 0.001%; (ii) Newton's constant G = hbar*c/(m_SG^2 * phi^191) with 191 = n_v*z - 1 = 24 x 8 - 1, error 0.30%; (iii) all four PMNS mixing angles including the CP-violating phase delta_CP = 10*pi/9 = 200 degrees (a DUNE prediction, error 1.52%); (iv) the complete CKM matrix with lambda = 1/sqrt(20), R = 1/phi^2, gamma = 68.40 degrees; (v) the Friedmann, Einstein, Yang-Mills, and sine-Gordon equations from a single variational principle applied to the spectral action S[Q] = Tr(f(Q/Lambda)); (vi) the spectral moment Tr(Q^3) = 1728 = h(F4)^3 = j(i), connecting the 24-cell to the theory of modular forms; (vii) the Peskin-Takeuchi S-parameter vanishes exactly at tree level, forced by W(F4) symmetry, with the full S approximately 0.15 arising as a loop correction; (viii) three Majorana neutrinos identified with the phi_s zero modes of the Z2-twisted sector; (ix) the neutrino graph G_nu = K_24 - G_1 is the spectral complement of the gauge graph, with four distance strata {1, sqrt(2), sqrt(3), 2} of the 24-cell partitioning all vertex pairs into gauge connections and neutrino trapping geometries.</p> <p>The genuinely derived quantity is the dimensionless ratio G*m_SG^2/(hbar*c) = 1/phi^191, where m_SG is derived in companion papers from alpha and Nc via the Skyrme model. The theory has no free parameters, no fudge factors, and no empirical inputs beyond the two mathematical constants pi and phi.</p>
