-
EUREKA III - ARAYA2 V1.3

Eureka III Araya2 V1.3 presents a non-enabling blind forecast protocol designed to validate selected outputs of the proprietary Araya2 Multiscale Metric, developed by Luis Pablo Araya Salazar.

Eureka III Araya2 V1.3 builds on the public non-enabling Araya2 record established through AraY2 v1.0, the 96-hour post-event verification, Eureka Araya2 v1.1 and Eureka II Araya2 v1.2. It extends that trajectory into a sealed HVS blind forecast protocol astronomical state verification.

This publication establishes a timestamped verification framework before the observational confirmation window of May 13–14, 2026. The document records a sealed validation structure based on HVS milestones: four critical physical-state checkpoints per astronomical block. This structure allows later comparison against NASA/JPL Horizons-derived ephemeris data while avoiding disclosure of the continuous vector time series, internal constants, and generative derivation of the Araya2 operator.

The forecast framework covers three validation blocks:

Europa–Jupiter vector-state validation

NEO 2026 JD1 geocentric trajectory validation

Moon–Saturn angular separation validation

Each block is expressed through UTC/TDB timestamps, reference frames, selected physical-state variables, Horizons/JPL-derived inputs, sealed Araya2 outputs, and residual validation criteria.

The sealed residual benchmark reported for the Araya2 residual-correction operator is:

EDMS_rel = 0.0345506917%

This value is below the internal Eureka III critical validation threshold:

EDMS_rel < 0.0598%

This record is not presented as a final post-event validation. It is a pre-registered forecast artifact intended for later comparison after the May 13–14, 2026 verification window.

To protect the proprietary structure of Araya2, this publication discloses only four verification points per astronomical block:

Window start

Central event / closest-state condition

Window exit

Validation closure

The full generative method, internal constants, continuous vector series, and proprietary derivation remain undisclosed. This publication functions as a priority record, validation framework, and non-enabling forecast artifact for subsequent independent comparison.
