•
The cosmological singularity problem is one of the most important unsolved issues in theoretical physics. This conjecture proposes a novel mechanism by which quantum foam fluctuations persisting through the heat death of the universe, combined with the dynamics of universal expansion approaching a state of complete causal disconnection, could naturally produce a spacetime nucleation event structurally analogous to the Big Bang. If valid, this mechanism would offer a resolution to the singularity problem that does not require a prior contracting phase and would imply a cyclic cosmological structure arising from quantum phenomena rather than classical dynamics. This document represents an early conceptual outline to establish priority of the core idea.
