We argue that Riemann’s 1859 approach represents a ``NotebookLM'' style of grounded, structural truth, while Hilbert’s subsequent framing of the Riemann Hypothesis (Problem \#8) mirrors the hallucinatory and managerial flaws of ungrounded Generative AI.</p>
