- <p class="p1">This report includes an analysis of the REACT Business Models’ scenario conceived by the consortium, with a specific focus on the 3 lighthouse project pilots (Aran Islands IE, La Graciosa ES and Carloforte IT). It stems from previous WP8 deliverables (D8.3 KERs v2, D8.4 REACT Market Analysis) and data from latest developments on the pilot islands. After several rounds of exchanges among partners, data elaboration for the Business Models benefitted from the expertise of partners involved in T8.2-T8.4 so far, as well as within WP7 on Replication Plans (which include provisions for the 5 follower islands). Based on this, hypotheses of viable Value Propositions are designed, covering part of the functions identified in 3 Business Cases of the 3 pilots. The chosen focus is on leveraging on REACT multiple assets at technical and non-technical levels, mostly within a Renewable Energy Community (REC) scenario and the description of the Business Case in each pilot island.</p>
