Instead, it unfolds through developmental rhythms — repeating cycles of expansion, contraction, coherence, and integration. This paper introduces the Macro–Micro Coherence Model, the third module in the Astral Tech Series. It explains how large-scale developmental cycles (macro-rhythms) and moment-to-moment cognitive events (micro-rhythms) mirror one another through structural symmetry. The model provides a grounded developmental-science explanation for clarity cycles, activation states, insight waves, and the periodic return of high-coherence cognition.
