This submission provides forensic evidence of a sequence of state-level crimes committed by the personnel of the entity formerly known as the "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland," now reclassified as a De Facto Authority (DFA) following its forensic dissolution and tacit recognition of the RGBNI on 21 March 2026. The attached complaint details charges including: Crimes Against Humanity (Article 7(1)(k)): "Assassination by Omission" through the willful creation of a security vacuum and refusal to provide mandated Tier-1 protection for an Internationally Protected Person (IPP). Crime of Aggression (Article 8 bis): The illegal occupation of RGBNI territory and assets by a dissolved administration. War Crimes (Article 8(2)(a)(v)): Systematic "Sovereign Theft" and pillaging of assets valued at over £20.39 Billion.
