This paper examines the developing affiliation between fine arts and applied arts and artificial intelligence technologies, exploring how algorithmic structure are redesigning visual languages, artistic practices and techniques of cultural expression. By incorporating perceptions from art principle, strategic studies and mass media technology, the study explores how artists and designers engage artificial intelligence tools such as generative imitations, unbiased systems, and machine learning to generate novel systems of visual significance and engagement. The paper argues that fine and applied arts in the era of artificial intelligence function as influential agents of visual communication arbitrating between human perceptions and developing artistic descriptions.

Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Technology.
