- <p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span>Abstract</span></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span>The article substantiates practical directions for improving the interaction of transport modes in the Aktau transport hub on the basis of a multimodal logistics center. The current state of the hub is analyzed, key coordination constraints are identified, and a conceptual model of integrated transport, terminal, warehouse and digital interaction is proposed. Particular attention is paid to the organizational and technological mechanism of the multimodal logistics center, digital integration of processes, and evaluation of economic, organizational and environmental efficiency. A calculation-based assessment shows that implementation of the proposed model reduces cargo transit time through the hub, decreases storage and administrative costs, improves coordination of operations and increases sustainability of multimodal transport services. The practical significance of the article lies in the possibility of applying the proposed solutions to improve the functioning of the Aktau hub as an element of the Trans-Caspian transport corridor.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
