•
This three-part study proposes a “Rotating Inner-Sphere Universe” model that reinterprets the universe as a gigantic closed inner structure rotating at ultra-low speed. It explains vacuum formation, cold and dark space, celestial sphericity, orbital stability, cometary return, black hole recycling, and cosmic ray supply as one continuous cosmic circulation system. Black holes are positioned as high-energy recycling and redistribution sources, while cosmic rays are treated as cosmic logistics traveling through the inner-sphere universe.
