- <p>This dataset provides the supplementary materials for a manuscript currently under blind peer review. The materials comprise four files: (1) a coding framework operationalizing the four legal-institutional dimensions used for doctrinal-textual analysis of DPRK statutory provisions; (2) a bounded comparative matrix juxtaposing DPRK and PRC environmental governance instruments; (3) a list of legal materials consulted during the research, with tiering between direct-analysis and contextual sources; and (4) a translation glossary for specialized Korean legal and ideological terminology. Full bibliographic and contextual information will be added upon publication of the associated article.</p>
