- <p>This issue is part of the International Virtual University of Regenerative Health (IVURH) Newsletter Foundational Series, issued on 2009-01-08. It develops the institutional structure of a virtual university by examining governance, trustees and governors, chancellors, deans, department chairs, faculty, research staff, administrators, student services, and students as participants in knowledge.</p> <p>The issue connects the IVURH educational vision with higher-education principles available before the issue date, including institutional autonomy, academic freedom, equitable access, research responsibility, learner support, and the university’s obligation to society.</p> <p>The issue is deposited on Zenodo for preservation, citation, and public access.</p>
