-
We present a semi-analytic model (SAM) of galaxy formation derived entirely from the One- Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework, with zero free parameters. The model replaces the calibrated subgrid prescriptions of state-of-the-art hydrodynamical simulations such as COLIBRE (Schaye et al. 2026, MNRAS 548) with analytically derived physics: (1) star formation threshold Σ_crit(z) = a₀(z)/2πG, evolving from 124 M /pc² at z=0 to 1556 M /pc² at z=7; (2) AGN feedback efficiency ☉ ☉ η = 6/49 = 12.24%, derived from G₂ jet topology; (3) galaxy half-mass radius r = √(GM /a₀(z)), ★ derived from the T2* coherence radius; and (4) sump self-quenching at M _crit = 10^10.54 M , ★ ☉ where r_T2*(M_BH) = h_ISM. We augment the standard SAM with primordial G₂ vortex initial conditions (Paper CLVII): topological defects from the pre-QCD negative-temperature epoch that bypass the Freeman star-formation threshold, produce compact early galaxies (Little Red Dots), and provide spin seeds for overmassive early black holes, with a fixed density n_vortex ~ (δM/M)² × n_Kibble ~ 2.2×10 ⁷ Mpc ³. We identify six lensing confounds that systematically bias the ⁻ ⁻ calibration targets of COLIBRE and analogous simulations: sump isothermal-sheet convergence (κ ∝ 1/R vs NFW κ 1/R^(4/3)), sump-evolution distance shifts (Δχ/χ ~ −1.2% at z=2), magnification ∝ bias inflating the z>4 GSMF by 0.3–0.6 dex, vortex topology lensing, early galaxy compactness, and AGN overcalibration. The framework SAM recovers MW-type sizes (3.5 kpc), massive galaxy sizes (11 kpc), and the GSMF turnover (10^10.54 M ) without any simulation runs or emulator training. ☉

Part of the One-Octonion Brane-Bulk Framework series.
