- <p>In the context of the modern economy, innovation and knowledge-based development have become key<br>priorities. This article analyzes the experience of developed countries in establishing student innovation development<br>centers and examines their operational mechanisms. The study highlights the role of these centers in supporting startups,<br>facilitating technology transfer, attracting investment, and fostering student entrepreneurship. It also evaluates the impact<br>of management practices, infrastructure, and collaboration on their effectiveness. Based on the findings, recommendations<br>are proposed for improving the development of innovation centers within the national higher education system.</p>
