  • <p>Evidence from a criminal enquiry into the Black Hand (Cosa Nostra Terror Group). This CEL delivery note, proves the British government received CEL's Evidence Dossier on behalf of the National Crime Agency in Bangkok in December 2023. The CEL investigator reported, at the time: 'On the 6th of December 2023, I went to deliver our Capstone Estates Limited Evidence Dossier to the National Crime Agency at the UK Embassy entrance in Bangkok. I was met by embassy security guards at the embassy entrance, and asked them to sign for a delivery of evidence from Capstone Estates Limited for the NCA. They asked me to enter the embassy. I refused, saying I was just there to make a delivery. I was instructed to wait in front of the entrance, which I then did. I sat and waited. A lady from the embassy came and spoke to me. She was of medium height and weight, of East Asian ethnic appearance, had dark hair, wore business dress and spoke with an East Asian, probably Thai, accent. I asked if she would sign for the Evidence Dossier. At 2:00 PM (ICT), she filled out, dated and signed, both copies of the document ‘CAPSTONE ESTATES LIMITED EVIDENCE DOSSIER DELIVERY CHECKLIST.’ She refused to tick off every item that the Evidence dossier contained, she said she didn’t want to review evidence for the NCA, which was for the NCA to do. As per the document, her name is ‘Uullana S.’, her stated position is ‘Reception’, her telephone number is ‘023058333’, if I read her handwriting correctly. I handed her one copy of the document for her records, and took the other copy. I gave her the Evidence Dossier to pass to the NCA. A UK government official signed for vital evidence, required by the NCA, to investigate the serious crimes committed by the HEA. The UK Government can no longer deny that it has taken delivery of CEL’s evidence, by stating that their email accounts were hacked by the HEA, removing our messages to them. We can now expect a wide-ranging enquiry to begin.'</p>
