- <p>Evidence from a criminal enquiry into the Black Hand (Cosa Nostra Terror Group). This document formed a part of CEL's Evidence Dossier, a copy of which was hand delivered by CEL, addressed to the National Crime Agency, to the British Embassy in Bangkok, on the 6th of December, 2023. The embassy official on duty signed CEL's delivery note to acknowledge delivery on behalf of the NCA (see document, above). CEL evidence log of crimes committed against Transport for London (TfL) and its customers, the person of Graham Edwin Wilkins, Capstone Estates Limited (CEL), and other crimes across the NATO, Commonwealth Realms, and EU areas by persons unknown, suspectedly working within different governments against the interests of those governments and states, as an organised criminal and terrorist organisation. This log is incomplete and not exhaustive.</p>
