  • <div class="author-section"> </div> <div class="abstract-box"> <div class="section-title"><strong> <span>Abstract</span></strong></div> <div class="abstract-text"> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span>Organisational culture plays a vital role in shaping employee behaviour, motivation, and organisational effectiveness. It reflects the shared values, beliefs, and practices that influence how employees interact and perform within an organisation. This study aims to analyse employee perception towards organisational culture at Naga Limited, Dindigul. A descriptive research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 100 employees using a structured questionnaire. The study focuses on key cultural factors such as leadership, communication, teamwork, employee welfare, and work environment.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span>Statistical tools including percentage analysis, chi-square test, weighted average method, and factor analysis were used to interpret the data. The results reveal that a majority of employees have a positive perception of organisational culture, especially in areas like leadership support, communication effectiveness, and welfare measures. However, certain aspects such as teamwork consistency and grievance handling require improvement.
