- <p>As the 28th formal paper in the PFUSRC framework, this work systematically elucidates the complete primordial mechanism of nuclear energy storage, orderly energy transmission, emergency rapid excitation, energy recession, and violent collapse explosion at the microscopic scale, based on PFUSRC-00 Primordial Topology, PFUSRC-17 Zero-Pendulum Ions, PFUSRC-18 Cosmic Wisdom Growth Theory, and PFUSRC-22 Universal Rigid Axiom System. This paper unifies the hierarchical relationships and executive functions of the Noetic Primordium, Noeton, Zero-Pendulum Ion, and β₁ Field Group. It demonstrates that nuclear energy originates from the confinement and release of multi-layer coupling surfaces and phase binding energy in the double-cone/pyramid topological structure of the atomic nucleus, rather than the conversion of mass into energy. The mass–energy relation E=mc² is only an approximate estimate of radiated energy in extreme detonation scenarios; it describes merely phenomenal results without accessing the fundamental mechanisms of primordial structure and phase–field coupling. This paper strictly distinguishes between the cosmic normative orderly energy release and destructive collapse release, completing the microscopic energy closure of the PFUSRC system. This study is purely theoretical fundamental research, involving no nuclear engineering, experimental methods, or applied technologies, and poses no safety risks.</p>
