- <p class="MsoNormal"><span>This article analyzes the semantic, stylistic, and linguocultural features of phraseological units with numeral components found in U. Hoshimov’s novella “Ikki karra ikki besh” (“Two Times Two Is Five”). In the work, numerals are used to create imagery, reveal character traits, and enhance the author’s satirical intent. The study examines the structural composition, contextual meanings, and artistic–aesthetic functions of numeral-based expressions such as “ikki karra ikki,” “yetti uxlab,” and “bir og‘iz gap.” </span></p>
