- GateLabR is an R / Shiny application for interactive manual gating of mass cytometry (CyTOF) and flow cytometry data stored as SingleCellExperiment objects. It supports polygon and rectangle gates, Boolean population hierarchies, Cytobank-compatible Gating-ML 2.0 import / export, FCS export, and Adobe Illustrator-friendly vector SVG figure export. Gates, populations and display settings are persisted inside the SCE metadata so the entire gating workspace is reloaded with the SCE.
