Агуулга:
 •
CCA-Pro (Cardiac Critical Care Advisor) is a browser-based, offline-capable Progressive Web Application (PWA) providing real-time clinical decision support for cardiac anaesthesia and cardiothoracic critical care. The platform integrates five high-acuity domains into a single weight- and physiology-aware engine: ROTEM/TEG coagulation interpretation (Sigma reference and TEG 6s 2025); arterial blood gas analysis with acid-base classification and compensation assessment; hemodynamic calculators including Fick and LVOT-echo derived cardiac output, SVR/PVR, DO₂, and vasoactive-inotropic score; lung-protective ventilation strategies and ARDS staging; and ECMO support (VA and VV) including flow targets, anticoagulation thresholds, and weaning protocols.

All computation is client-side. No patient data is transmitted or stored, ensuring HIPAA-equivalent privacy by design.

This deposit (v6.1, medical-audited release) accompanies the manuscript accepted for publication in the Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia (Elsevier, manuscript JCVA-D-26-00566). The bundle includes the complete source application, a full medical audit report documenting 24 clinical-logic fixes (3 HIGH severity) applied against current EACTS/EACTAIC 2023, ELSO 2021/2023, AHA/ACC 2024, NICE NG106/NG159, ADA 2024, and Surviving Sepsis 2021 guidelines, and a clinical-scenario validation report covering 24 synthetic patient cases across all five domains.

Live application: https://cca-pro.com

Intended users: qualified anaesthesiologists, intensivists, and cardiothoracic surgeons.

Disclaimer: CCA-Pro is a clinical decision-support and educational aid. It is not a regulated medical device. All clinical recommendations must be independently verified by the treating physician against current institutional protocols and published guidelines.
