Orán, Ruta Provincial 19, km 4, J. Carreras leg., 15-I-2002, 1 male, 1 female (JCDT), 16-I-2002, 1 male, 1 female (JCDT), 30-I-2008, 1 male (LABA), 9-II-2008, 1 female (LABA), feeding sap on <i>Salix humboldtiana</i>, together with <i>Archaeoprepona demophon</i> (Linnaeus, 1758), and <i>Historis odius orion</i> (Fabricius, 1775) (Lepidoptera: Nymphalidae) (Joaquín Carreras, personal observation).</p><p><b>Note.</b> The exact place of the observation by Hayward (1935 –1936) was not given. The collecting trip was financed by Alberto Breyer, whose insect collection (except Lepidoptera) was deposited at MACN. Therefore, the locality of this observation is referred here according to the specimens of <i>Hemirhipus lineatus</i> (Olivier, 1790) (Coleoptera: Elateridae) from the Breyer Collection at MACN, found together with <i>I. clathrata</i> (Table 9). Nevertheless, the corresponding specimens of <i>I. clathrata</i> were not located at MACN.</p>
