(2015b: 9).</p><p><b>Distribution.</b> Papua New Guinea (Nieves-Aldrey & Butterill 2014: 225, 229).</p><p><b>Remarks.</b> Schwéger <i>et al</i>. (2015b) established the new combination indirectly after synonymizing the monospecific genus <i>Lithonecrus</i> with <i>Lithosaphonecrus</i>.</p><p><b>Biology.</b> Reared from bud petiole and leaf galls on <i>Lithocarpus celebicus</i> (Miq.) Rehder (Nieves-Aldrey & Butterill 2014). The gall inducers have yet to be confirmed.</p>
