Abstract. A systematic analysis of modern innovative transformations in the agricultural sector of Uzbekistan is carried out, their institutional framework, technological approaches and impact on productivity and sustainability are identified. It is established that state strategies and international projects create regulatory prerequisites for modernization; pilot digital solutions (for example, the Digital Agriculture platform) and projects on modernization of irrigation are implemented; the first positive effects (access to markets, reduction of water losses) are obtained. However, there are significant barriers: infrastructure, personnel, financial for small farmers.
