contents There exist two extensions to the interaction region of the Ferrari and Ibanez solution. However, no one gives the corresponding conditions for each extension. To solve this problem, we have introduced quantum effects to constrain these extensions and given the corresponding conditions. By calculation, the Schwarzschild black hole can form after gravitational waves colliding whose expected energy is small.
