contents Česnavičius-Koshikawa constructed the A_inf-cohomology theory for semistable formal schemes over the ring of integers of C_p. We prove the p-adic Cartier isomorphism between the A_inf-cohomology and de Rham-Witt complexes for semistable formal schemes, extending the result of Bhatt-Morrow-Scholze in the smooth case.
