contents The present paper addresses a semimodule counting conjecture of Moreno-Frías and Rosales for numerical semigroups. Applying Pfister and Steenbrink's Theory for punctual Hilbert schemes of curve singularities, we show that this conjecture is true for any numerical semigroup.
