contents We present a speculative exploration of the properties of a proposed new Dark Matter (DM) candidate in a heretofore under-explored region of parameter space. Our proposed ultra-cold candidatae has been a matter of speculation for some time, and has recently been tentatively identified via direct-detection. While unconventional, demonstrated existence of this DM candidate would have wide-ranging implications for a range of fields, from particle cosmology to exobiology and the Search for Extraterrestrial Life (SETI).
