contents Rare decays of $B$ mesons to radiative final states serve as an ideal ground to search for New Physics effects from short range contributions. Observed by CLEO in the early 1990s as one of the first transitions of the electroweak penguin family, these decays continue to play a key role in testing predictions of the Standard Model. We present the latest results from Belle and Belle II for the radiative penguin transitions.
