contents We report precision measurements of lifetimes of charmed mesons and baryons performed by the Belle II experiment. Specifically, we measure $D_s^+$, $D^+$, $D^0$, $Λ_c^+$, and $Ω_c^0$ lifetimes. Our results for $τ(D_s^+)$, $τ(D^+)$, $τ(D^0)$, and $τ(Λ_c^+)$ are the world's most precise; our result for $τ(Ω_c^0)$ confirms that the $Ω_c^0$ lifetime is longer than that of the $Λ_c^+$ and the $Ξ_c^0$.
