contents We present two methods for deriving the equations of motion for charged massive spin-3/2 particles. The first approach involves utilizing the Euler-Lagrange equations derived from a Lagrangian that describes the propagation of the first massive excitation of open superstrings. The second method entails enforcing the conditions that the trace vanishes and that the covariant derivative of the equations vanish. We very briefly comment about other spins.
