Here we consider the effects of a two-component dark matter model which results in minimally boosted particles that must remain bound to their host galaxy in order to produce an observational signal. This leads to a signal that is heavily dependent on galactic scale and can help reconcile the differences in the galactic center and dwarf galaxy measurements under the dark matter paradigm. |
